I've been taking Omega 3 Fish oil for several years for angina and arthritis. I have done a lot of research (read Dr. Barry Sears, Dr. Andrew Stoll) about various products and have bought very expensive products in the past.I have greatly benefited from the EPA. I don't have hip pain when I sleep, although I still have pain when I walk (because I don't take enough fish oil) and I no longer have angina pain. My nephew who is hyperactive has also taken fish oil (omegabrite) and is not on Ritalin any longer. He and I are both walking miracles.
If you go to the Coromega site, they will send you a free sample of this product. I got it in the mail about 5 days ago and took it today for the first time. It is the best tasting fish oil I've ever had and I'm ordering more today. It doesn't have the percentage of EPA to DHA I prefer but, and this is important, I won't dread taking it, I can carry it in my purse so that I don't forget to take it and it is't messy.
If you have an egg allergy don't buy this. Go to the coromega site and research this first, but the price on Amazon is very good especially as I buy more then $25.00 and get free shipping.
